Accidents happen. If you have had an injury at work, report it immediately to your supervisor. Your injury is then reported to the company's Workers' Compensation and a claim number is assigned to you. Once your claim is approved, you will need to see a doctor to obtain a referral for Physical Therapy. 

 

We stay in frequent communication with your doctor, claim representative and case manager to get you safely back to your prior level of function. Our goal is to prevent future injury through stabilization, strengthening, and correcting movement patterns prior to returning back to work.

 

For Life Therapy also offers a functional movement assessment which helps us get an idea how you move prior to a new job or going back to work. We then educate and demonstrate how to prevent repetitive actions or poor mechanics which could cause future injury.
