In recent years, there has been a large increase in athletic injuries within

the middle school and high school age groups.  The expectation placed on

the athletes, and the expectations they place on themselves, has led to an

epidemic of injuries we have not seen before.  Fortunately, For Life Physical

Therapy is here to help.

For Life Physical Therapy is proud to have Dr. Zach Lambrechts in our Watertown clinic.  Zach has been an active athlete his entire life; From a 3-sport athlete in high school, followed by a collegiate baseball player at Mount Marty College in Yankton, SD, to currently being a member of the Castlewood Ravens amateur baseball team.  Zach is the area's expert in return-to-play rehabilitation.

As a Physical Therapist, proper movement is our number one goal.  Our For Life Model of Care addresses movement throughout all phases.  As our athletes demonstrate improved mobility, joint stability and strength, we then move into steps 5 and 6 return-to-functional activity and sport specifics.  Our athletes follow a very specific protocol related to return-to-activity.  This is incredibly important in order to limit the risk for re-injury.
